Services
My services include a variety of options for in-home or in-your-office therapy. It is my intention to provide services without creating the hassle of having to get to yet another office. Sessions can be located in your home or another setting that is convenient for you.
To give you an idea of the time commitment involved in the therapeutic process I have included a description of common levels of intensity. Please keep in mind that therapy can start out at one level of intensity and then move to another. This is all determined by the individual client and myself.
INTENSIVE THERAPY: 2 sessions per week for issues that need intense, immediate attention.
WORKING THROUGH: 1 session per week geared towards making solid gains and achieving therapy goals.
MODERATE SUPPORT: 1 session every other week involving supportive therapy to help clients maintain good functioning in areas of concern and to reinforce gains.
TELEPHONE SUPPORT: This can be interspersed with therapy sessions to better maintain gains or to help control crisis situations.
CONSULTATION: 1 to 2 time meetings in the home, at school, or with community agencies designed to solve current issues or to provide education about a certain topic.
Sessions can be initiated or maintained at any level of intensity and can look very different depending on who attends. Common session formats can be, but are not limited to:
 individual sessions
 couples sessions
 family sessions
